Yes, we have warranty options available. We have an included limited warranty on most types of jobs and an extended warranty available for purchase. However, we always work with our customers to make things right.

Possibly, but not for the reasons you might think.
We keep our prices low as a standard practice. We don't use the marketing tactics that you're used to experiencing with other companies, where parts and products are extremely marked up just so that we can give an "imaginary discount".
We prefer to use up front and honest practices where you're getting the most cost effect rates initially without the annoyance of haggling.
That being said, sometimes there are different levels of products and we have our favorites that we believe are the best deal for the customer. However, we might be able to help you choose a lower priced item to create an estimate that better fits your budget.
