No one "leads" our team. Our team is lead by our values and morals first and foremost. Additionally we ebb and flow when it comes to leading.
There is a mutual respect and consideration where whoever needs to accept responsibility will in that moment. Responsibility is ping ponged back and forth until the job is completed and all expectations are met for the customer. We also understand that humans are humans. We all wont be at our best at all times and sometimes one person may have to pick up more weight than the next to stay running efficiently.
We also believe in a "work hard play hard approach to business". Times where the calendar is light and business is slower, we take as a sign it's time to indulge in play with our family, rest & relax, and enjoy the fruits of our labor. So, sometimes nobody needs hold responsibility at all. There is something very productive about taking off the hats of leaderships and embracing the parts of life that have nothing to do with work.
